Eligibility to purchase

All products on the website are available for worldwide sale, subject to any local government or other restrictions, for which we take no responsibility.

Prices

Our prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling, including shipping and VAT at the prevailing rate.

All payments are to be made in UK pounds sterling. (PayPal will pay us in Pounds Stirling and charge you in your local currency automatically.)

All goods are sold under English law.

Packaging

All goods are posted in non-transparent plastic envelopes. If any damage occurs in transit, for which we take no responsibility, please notify us at sales@filamentmagazine.com.

Special promotions

Occasionally we may offer promotions which require a code. This promotion code should be entered in the appropriate place as you check out and purchase a product. The offer will be reflected in your total. We accept no responsibility if the offer code is not properly processed.

Payment

We accept payments via PayPal. Your order is only accepted by us once we have received your payment via PayPal. Other payment methods may be accepted at the discretion of Filament Magazine. Please contact sales@filamentmagazine.com to discuss other ways to pay.

Returns and exchanges

Returns – UK and EU If you live in the United Kingdom or another European Union country and decide to return the goods, you must notify us in writing by emailing sales@filamentmagazine.com within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Following cancellation you are under a legal duty to not use the goods, and to take care of them. You must return the goods to us securely packaged, in the condition in which they were received, at your cost, as soon as possible. We will refund your money via Paypal within 7 working days of receiving the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. Returns – Rest of World For non-EU customers, we hope you will be fully satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please email us and we will do our best to sort something out.

Posting/shipping

We aim to fill all orders within two weeks of the issue release date, or two weeks from you order, if the issue is already released. Your order will be posted by first class post within the UK or shipped by airmail to the rest of the world. If you have not received your goods within a month of issue release please contact us at sales@filamentmagazine.com with all your transaction details.

General

These terms and conditions shall apply to all internet or other sales made by Filament magazine, and by placing an order with Filament magazine you are accepting these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
